ISP Plans

Overview

This article contains the basic description of each package each ISP will provide. All speeds are shown in Mbps.

Utility Plan:

The utility plan is provided to all Providence customers as part of their utility bill to Providence. If they pay their utility bill and have a router properly configured, they will have access to this plan. 

ISPs will have the possibility to supply the Utility plan or choose not to offer it to their customers. 

Mid-Tier Plan:

     Upload: 250 

This plan allows the ISP to customize the name, description and fee. The name has a 20-character max length. The description allows for special characters. A table is found at the bottom of each plan which supplies a breakdown of Providence fees, operator fees and a total price that the customer will be paying. Above the table shown in large numbers is the fee the ISP will be charging. 

Top-Tier Plan
