Overview
This article describes the different actions an ISP can perform on a user and the action that will occur when it is selected.
Ready for Service
Alerts the operator that ISP is ready for the customer to be fully provisioned and activated.
Re-Activate
Used to activate a customer’s internet after they have been suspended.
Suspend
Will either be used to bump a customer down to the utility plan or to completely stop a customer’s internet. An example of when this will be used is if the customer does not pay a bill.
Disconnect
This will completely remove a customer from the ISP and show their address available for another customer to sign up.
ONT will have customer data removed, though the utility plan will still be available.
