ISP User Roles

Overview

This article will describe the different properties related to the different user accounts an ISP can establish to help manage subscribers and ISP details.

ADMIN User

Has access to the ISP admin page. 

Access includes: 

• Changing plan names, descriptions and ISP fees. 
• Changing brand logos and colors. 
• Updating a customer’s speed package 
• Activating, suspending and disconnecting a customer. 
• Inviting admin, default and read-only users to create an account. 
• Use and documentation for ISP API and webhooks.
• Creation and deletion of API keys. 
• Edit ISP details including name, websites, contact information, terms of service and privacy policy.

DEFAULT User

Has access to ISP Subscribers 

Access Includes: 

• Updating a customer’s speed package 
• Activating, suspending and disconnecting a customer. 
• Read-only access to ISP plans 

READ-ONLY User

Read-only access to ISP Subscribers & Plans 

Read-only access includes: 

• ISP plans 
• Subscriber packages and status.
